FAN's Board of Directors is a mix of law enforcement, parents affected by addiction, concerned citizens and young people in recovery. All are passionate about making a difference and provide their time on a volunteer basis.
President, Judge Linda Davis
Judge Davis was appointed to the bench March 27, 2000 by Governor Engler. Prior to her judgeship, Judge Davis was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Macomb County Prosecutors office for 13 years. Linda played a crucial role in FAN's inception and has been instrumental in the success and growth of the organization. She has received several prestigious awards from the FBI, Care House, Girl Scouts of the USA, Macomb Community College Outstanding Alumna Award and Center Line High School, Most Distinguished Graduate. Recently she received a Humanitarian of the Year award in Macomb County. She is currently FAN's primary speaker and presents multiple times a week to groups across the state.
Executive Vice President, Katie Donovan

Katie has spent over the last 20 years in the marketing, events and communications industry. After experiencing the addiction journey with her daughter, Katie left her marketing career, in order to focus on education, awareness and a recovery advocate.  She has now dedicated her life to guiding others through the overwhelming process of finding quality treatment for substance abuse, coaching families through their own recovery, and a consultant for the treatment industry. Katie is a public speaker on addiction, a featured author/blogger for national advocacy groups such as The Addicts Mom, Magnolia, Stop Frying Your Brain, and the publication The Sober World. Katie and her daughter Brittany also blog about their journey at www.amothersaddictionjourney.com,  which reached over a million views within 30 days of its inception.  
Executive Secretary, Diane Engardio 
Diane joined FAN in 2009 after her son became addicted to opiates. She brings over 25 years of marketing experience to the FAN organization and is the director of marketing and media relations. Her son, with now over 6 years clean, has been speaker for FAN and assisted with a variety of projects.
Treasurer, Renee Campion
Renee is an Officer with the Fraser Department of Public Safety.  Renee has 18 years of service with Fraser.  She served as the department's DARE (drug abuse resistance education) Officer from 2011 - 2014.  She currently works the road patrol and has been involved in many community programs.  She has been involved with FAN since 2011 and became the Treasurer in 2013.   
Willie  Kalousdian, Director
Willie has been a member of FAN since 2012, and joined as a person in recovery. He is a recent Graduate of Eastern Michigan University and works as a field engineer for a local construction company. Willie has been an active speaker for FAN since joining and continues his support now as the Director of Youth in Recovery. 
Ryan Zemke, Legal Director
Ryan is an attorney at Zemke Law PLLC where he focuses on criminal defense cases in Macomb County.  He serves as co-defense counsel for the 41B District Court Drug & Sobriety Court Program - which led him to FAN in 2014.  Ryan is also the President of Helping Ensure Addicts Live (HEAL), a non-profit designed to help those suffering from addiction restore hope, gain courage, and achieve recovery by providing services designed to foster healthy life changes.  He has attended training conferences through the both the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals (MATCP) and the National Associations of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP).
